i've been buttering myself lately.
with palmer's cocoa butter oil.
buttering away feeling sticky and somewhat satisfied.
hahaha, what a way to start this post.
im back on the tracks.
running and sweating.
losing all those weight.
gaining it back with fried food.
i like running.
i worry at times.
worry that maybe my heart would stop in the middle of a good run.
i'll die. and die and die again.
or i cannot finish my usual 2.4km run.
i've had thoughts of stopping.
but glancing at the other runners, motivates me.
cause they're so much slower.
its nice to run.
all your worries just fades away,
turning into droplets of sweat, dripping on your lips,
and sometimes forced to give a good lick.
running somehow is my remedy for stress or pain.
i would start with a heavy heart.
carrying all the weight of the world on my shoulders.
but once i get into it, the lane on the tracks,
my footsteps, my heavy breathing, plays a beat.
a sound that plays in my mind.
and the trouble will all die down.
and at the end of the day, your ass gets perkier.
WOOT!
running reminds me of when i was on the tracks in secondary school.
of how good i was at it.
before started smoking that is.
and the fact that i angrily threw the baton hard on the tracks,
and it bounced up high in the air,
and my teachers went ''OIII!''
when some dude overtook me
and i came in second in the 4x400m relay.
haha, good times, good times.
but maybe regret a little.
i could have ran faster.
damn it!!
